Fees as shown are applicable to registrations received on or before September 26, 2008.
After September 26, 2008, all fees increase by $100.

**Healthy Teen Network offers discounted registration to groups of 3 or more people. Please note that all attendees seeking this discount must be from the same agency and pay with the same check.
Pre-Conference Institutes
Session choices must be indicated in order for registration to be processed. Pre-conference sessions have limited availability and enrollment is assinged based on time of completed registration. Healthy Teen Network cannot guarantee that you will be able to attend the session you choose. If we are unable to fufill your request, we will inform you and allow you to either choose another session (if available) or refund your money. Detailed session descriptions can be found on "Workshops" page.
Site Visit to New Futures School
Join members of Healthy Teen Network for an afternoon visit to New Futures, an alternative school in Albuquerque, New Mexico, designed and built to all pregnant and parenting students in the Albuquerque Public School District. The fee for this visit is $15 which include motoroach transportation to and from New Futures as well as dinner.
Continuing Education Credits
This year, the "Speaking Many Languages" conference will offer social workers and practitioners the opportunity to enhance their knowledge and exchange information on best pratices, latest reserarch new trends in adolescent reproductive health and parenting by earning Continuing Education Units (CEUs - units, contact hours or credits). The charge for this service is $50, which must be paid at the time of registration or onsite at Healthy Teen Network's registration conference registration desk.
Registration & Payment Deadlines
All registrations and payments must be received by no later than 10/17/08. After that date, you must register/pay on-site in order to gain admittance to conference areas. Attendees with outstanding balances will be refused admission into conference areas. No exceptions for attendees using purchase orders.
Refund Policy
All requests for refunds must be made in writing and received by the registration office on or before September 26, 2008. Eligible requests will entitle the registrants to a full refund, less a $50 processing fee. In lieu of requesting a refund, an organization may send a substitute if the initial registrant is unable to attend and if the registration office is notified in writing by October 17, 2008. Membership fees paid at the time of registration are not refundable.
